If you don't care about the configuration on the AP9617, you could do a factory reset. That will cause it to try to obtain an IP address via DHCP, but unfortunately it will ignore responses that don't have a special 'magic cookie' option set. But the APC Device IP Configuration Wizard should see it and let you configure the IP address.
