You could get dBlue's tapestop and use jBridger to run it its. I’ve had dBlue’s tapestop plugin for a while but have never been able to replicate the vinyl stop effect you hear in popular songs. The first example that comes to mind is Back by Lil Pump. When I use tapestop, it often starts to slow down at the wrong pitch or just sounds unnatural. Maybe I’m doing it wrong. The first Tapestop machine on our list is the Vengeance Tapestop plugin which is not only designed to support numerous pitch effects but also builds in sequencer, volume, and filter envelopes or the new “tape slip” feature you can create crazy effects, way beyond the classic Tapestop pitch-down.

I use an automation clip on the 'trigger' envelope and it works fine except that after it does the tapestop effect there is a split second of some sort of left-overs that plays real quick. It's hard to explain, so here's an audio clip of what I'm talking about... when the 'beat' comes back in it's supposed to be quiet but you'll notice this weird after sound that comes in out of nowhere.
Someone please help on how to stop that from happening... thanks!
Here's the example:
