It used to be that sigils of the same 'category' shared cooldowns but they fixed that in the April feature patch. You still cant use 2 different stat stacking sigils (so no Bloodlust + Perception), and you can't have 2 of the exact same sigil (so no Air + Air), but combos like Air + Fire and Battle + Energy are fine now. Weapon Strength: 940 - 1060 (Lightning Damage) Unused Infusion Slot Superior Sigil of Air. Unleash a lightning strike upon critically hitting a foe. (Cooldown: 3 Seconds).
